RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and hope that you will be pleased with the products you purchase. But, there are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. When your order arrives please check your order first to make sure that you got what you ordered. Next, look over the products (and test the electronic ones) before disposing of the packaging, tearing off any tags, or giving them to your dog. If you discover a problem send an email to sales@dogstuffnmore.com. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item.
When returning a product for any reason or if you have any question about whether you should return an item, please contact us before shipping it to us at sales@dogstuffnmore.com. Please include your order number, name and address so we can reference your order. We will notify you by email when we receive the return and process it.
We accept returns of any item within 30 days of your receipt of the order under the following conditions: The item must be new and unused and in its original shipping carton. Please be sure to return it in the original box or package including warranty card where applicable. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
Note: If we receive a returned item and it’s damaged, we cannot make a refund. We urge you insure your package.
SHOULD A MISTAKE OCCUR?
If you should happen to receive an item that you did not order or a mistake was made let us know at sales@dogstuffnmore.com and we will make it right. We will credit you the purchase price as well as pay for outbound and return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order to receive proper credit. If you did not receive something in your order (that is not backordered) let us know immediately and we will get it to you as fast as we can with our apologies and no shipping charge.
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED? DON’T LIKE IT? ORDER THE WRONG THING?
We will be happy to make exchanges and accept returns. For most items if you have opened it, looked at and decided it won’t work, feel free to return it and we’ll credit you back the original purchase price. If on the other hand you use it and the item shows wear or damage upon return, we will not be able to give credit for it. Instead we will donate it to a local humane society or shelter on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate. Used means the product has signs of teeth marks, dirt, dog hair, has doggy smells and the like.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Satisfaction is extremely important to dogstuffnmore.com, the items you will receive are high quality products, in excellent condition. We hold a 100% guarantee all products are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damage or product defects must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order at sales@dogstuffnmore.com and returned to us with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
EXCHANGING IS EASY
Simply place an order online for an item you would like to have and return the items that you don’t want in their original condition. When we receive the returned items we will credit the cost of the item to your credit or debit card used in the original transaction. Again, return postage is paid by the customer.
Items that are returned either for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging, original tags still attached, sealable, have all packing inserts and be in an unaltered condition in other words they must be in like new condition and be saleable.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning a product we highly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or insure the package as we cannot be responsible for lost or incorrectly addressed packages – we would hate not to be able to give you credit because we didn’t receive your return or exchange.
Some manufacturers do not allow returns or exchanges. This manufacturers offer high quality products and will only take returns due to a defect in materials and or workmanship. Items that are not returnable per the manufacturer are marked on its specific page.
Crates, crate pads, carriers, beds, blankets, pet dens and apparel:
Items that have been in contact with your pet are considered used, not in original condition. US Health regulations will not allow us to accept returns of used items. In order to avoid this type of situation please read the information on measuring your dog for certain items such as apparel, crates, carriers, beds and the like. Also note sizes, weight restrictions, color choices, etc. before making your purchase. Measure your pet carefully when size is important. If you purchase one of these items we recommend that you do a visual inspection to estimate fit or usage after receiving it. If you try the item and it doesn’t work and you do not want to return it, like us, you can contact your local shelter or rescue and inquire if they would be able to take it as a donation or work with another dog owner who could possibly use it.
Edibles:
Edibles that come in their own package and have been opened are not returnable. Please order one package at first to see if your dog likes them. If your dog doesn’t like it, pass it on to a favorite canine friend.
Other items:
Please note that sales of personalized, sale, custom and perishable items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
